Ingredients: 2 filets seabass, 1 slice pineapple, 1/2 bell pepper green, 1/4 carrot, 1/4 onion, 2 tbsp rice wine, 2 tbsp cornstarch, 6 tbsp tomato sauce, 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar/rice vinegar, 3 tbsp sugar, salt Few water, potato starch/tapioca flour, sesame oil, ½ tsp white pepper. Ingrédients : 2 filets loup de mer, 1 tranche ananas, ½ poivron vert, ¼ carotte, ¼ oignon, 2 c.s. alcool de riz, 2 c.s. maïzena, 6 c.s. sauce tomate, 3 c.s. vinaigre balsamique blanc/du riz, 3 c.s. sucre, fécule de patate/farine de tapioca, huile de sésame, sel et un peu de sucre.
